Fujiko Mine is a complex and mysterious character from the Lupin III anime series. She is Lupin's love interest and a femme fatale who uses her charms and intelligence to get what she wants.

Fujiko is an expert in firearms and burglary, rivaling even Lupin in thievery. She often uses her cunning and seduction to manipulate men and gain information or advantages. Although not officially a member of Lupin's gang, she often takes part in their exploits, either as a partner or a competitor.
Her main tactic is to stay with Lupin and his gang until the loot is available, then double-cross her colleagues. She also makes deals with Lupin's current enemy or with Zenigata to obtain a share of the loot. Although Lupin is normally able to outwit Fujiko, the latter can sometimes take some or all of his loot.
Fujiko has also been known to provide Zenigata or other law enforcement officers with information and assistance to gain her own freedom. She is an excellent markswoman, her favorite weapon being a Browning M1910, usually tucked away in her garter. Later, she reveals superb martial arts skills, capable of knocking out an attacker twice her weight in a single blow.
She's very good at disguises and accents, and can apparently speak dozens of foreign languages in addition to her native Japanese. Like the other members of Lupin's team, she can pilot virtually any land, sea or air vehicle, her preference being a conventional Kawasaki motorcycle.
She can be promiscuous when necessary to complete a mission, and has kissed and even had sex with various men to gain information or escape a dangerous situation. The 2012 animated series suggests that Fujiko is bisexual or simply another way of getting what she wants, as her current orientation has not been clarified.
Although Daisuke Jigen despises Fujiko and sees her appearance as a sign of trouble to come, Goemon Ishikawa XIII, who had a brief romance with Ms. Mine, is known to work on stunts with Fujiko independently of the other gang members, but can be equally suspicious of her when he thinks she's manipulating Lupin.
Lupin is completely smitten with Fujiko and would do anything for her. Although Fujiko is aware of this and always uses it to her advantage, she never puts Lupin in a situation where he can't escape. Monkey Punch has stated that the two men "like each other" and are happy with their bizarre but friendly relationship, comparing it to his own marriage.
Although she's more inclined to keep her feelings in check, Fujiko loves Lupin. She rarely wants to reveal her affection, unless she thinks one of them is dying. When Lupin appears to be dead, she mourns him and considers him the most important person in her life. However, her not-so-hidden feelings resurface when she finds him alive.
Fujiko usually dresses at the cutting edge of fashion, with her trademark evening gowns and refined jewelry. Fujiko's favorite pastimes seem to be shopping, socializing, disco dancing, horseback riding and dating wealthy men. She enjoys champagne and good wine, and has more than once been seen drinking a martini; she also smokes cigarettes and occasionally uses a kiseru.
